Software Developer & Leading the Team(does not for indian & pakistan)

I am hiring for a full time permanent person.
I’m looking for a seasoned developer who can take the lead on building a new desktop application and is also comfortable jumping into regular strategy calls with my in-house team. The project is still at an early stage, so you will help us refine the requirements, choose the right tech stack, and set realistic milestones before moving into full-scale coding.
The application is intended for desktop use only; the exact business objective will be finalised together once you are on board. Expect to collaborate closely with our product owner and designer, contribute ideas on architecture, and keep everyone updated through short stand-ups and weekly reviews. Clean, well-documented code, clear communication, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving are essential.
Deliverables (at minimum):
• A fully functioning desktop application packaged for easy installation
• Complete, readable source code in our private repository
• A concise deployment/setup guide and basic user documentation
• Brief sprint notes or summaries after each iteration so the team can track progress
If you have solid experience shipping desktop software—whether in .NET, Java, C++, Electron, or another reliable framework—and you enjoy collaborative development, I’d love to hear how you’d tackle this build.
