Software Developer (Desktop App)

The mission is to create a desktop application similar to ExitLag, NoPing, WTFast, and so on.
Looking for a developer with these requirements:
- Networking: You should have experience in network programming and protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and DNS.
Server Infrastructure: You should be knowledgeable in deploying and maintaining server clusters, load balancing, and data replication.
- Game Development: You should have a good understanding of game engines and game development platforms and be able to design and optimize the program's user interface to ensure that it is user-friendly for gamers.
- Software Architecture: You should be able to design the overall architecture of the program, considering factors such as microservices architecture, application scalability, and API design.
- Quality Assurance: You should be able to perform quality assurance testing on the program to ensure that it is stable, secure, and performs as intended.
And anything else needed to create the program. I am not an expert and will need someone who understands it all.
