School Management Desktop Software
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 INR
I need a full-featured desktop application that lets me run every routine task in our school from a single place. Core modules must include attendance tracking, grade management and timetable scheduling, and I also want integrated marksheet printing plus teacher payment status and student fee status.
The program has to install cleanly on Windows PCs, work offline once set up, and store data safely with simple backup and restore options. A friendly UI is important so teachers and office staff can move between the modules without extra training. Printable and exportable reports (PDF or Excel) for each area—especially marksheets and fee statements—are required.
Source code should be well organised and handed over on completion so we can extend the system later. If you have an existing framework that covers these needs, let me know; otherwise, a fresh build in a popular language such as C#, Java or Python or other is fine as long as performance is smooth.
