Photorealistic LoRA Model Training – Authentic Selfie/Influencer Style Guidance Needed

Overview:
Looking for an advanced AI/ML specialist to guide me through the process of training photorealistic LoRA models with a strong focus on authenticity, natural appearance, and high face/body consistency.
This is a hands-on teaching/consultation role—I want to learn and implement the workflow myself, with your expert support.
Background:
• I’ve previously attempted LoRA training using a large set of high-quality personal images (selfie, everyday style)
• The results were too generic and inconsistent—didn’t match the real appearance in the reference photos
• I’m open to new/better workflows and tools (Flux, SDXL, etc.), not locked into any particular solution
What I Need:
• Step-by-step guidance for preparing datasets and setting up a local training workflow (RTX 3080, Windows)
• Proven methods for maximizing realism, natural skin texture, and authentic “real person” appearance
• Advice on ensuring high facial/body consistency (recognizable details, minimal drift between outputs)
• Complete transparency—explain not only “how” but “why” each setting/parameter is chosen
• Support with troubleshooting and optimizing the process
• Open to ongoing support for future workflow upgrades
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience training highly realistic LoRA models (please include example results)
• Knowledge of current model architectures and tools (e.g. SDXL, Flux, advanced LoRA techniques)
• Clear communicator, able to document and explain the workflow in detail
• Comfortable working with private, non-public personal reference images
Deliverables:
• 1–2 hour initial consultation (video or chat)
• Written step-by-step workflow for my case
• Q&A support during my first training attempt
• Examples/references of your previous realistic LoRA projects
