MFC Based Application for HDMI Capture Card

I am in need of a skilled software developer to create a Microsoft Foundation Class (MFC) based application for an HDMI capture card. Application will use the SDK provided with capture card. Working sample applications available with the SDK and same needs to be modified as per the requirement. The application will be a desktop-based application, and will interact with capture card using SDK function. I'm looking for someone who is creative and will be able to provide a quality work within my budget.
