Hospital Reception Desktop App Build

I need a lightweight desktop application to streamline daily tasks at our hospital’s reception desk. The core of the system is straightforward: let staff book patient appointments quickly and save every visit’s details in one place. Each new patient also receives an automatically generated daily token number, so the queue stays organized without extra paperwork.

Alongside appointments, I want to keep a concise record of doctor information—just the name is enough—so receptionists can link each booking to the correct physician. Basic patient data and visit notes should be stored for easy retrieval on future visits.

I’m open to the tech stack, provided the final build runs smoothly on standard Windows PCs, stores data locally (or in a simple network-shared database), and requires minimal training for frontline staff. Please include:

• Source code with brief setup instructions
• A short user guide that shows how to add doctors, register patients, assign tokens, and search past records
