Gym Management Desktop Software

I’m looking for a developer who can create a Windows-based desktop application that will run day-to-day operations for a busy gym. The core build must combine four areas in one smooth, intuitive interface:

• Biometric attendance – integrate a fingerprint scanner so members check in instantly at reception and each visit is time-stamped in the database.
• Members management – store and edit personal details (name, age, contact info) and keep a full membership history, including join date, renewals and plan changes.
• Billing – generate branded invoices automatically, track every payment against the correct member record, flag overdue accounts and show real-time revenue dashboards.
• Reporting – export attendance logs, membership statistics and financial summaries to CSV/PDF at the click of a button.

I’ll need both the compiled installer and full source code, plus concise setup instructions so staff can deploy the app on multiple front-desk PCs. A modern, clean UI, easy navigation and solid local database (SQLite, SQL Server or your recommended option) are essential.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Fingerprint scan records appear instantly in the member’s profile.
2. New member form captures all required fields and edits save without error.
3. Invoice PDF matches our sample template and marks as “paid” once a receipt is entered.
4. All reports export correctly and open outside the app.
