Figma Business Software Prototype
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
1. Project Overview
• We are seeking an experienced Figma designer to build an eight-screen desktop clickable demo based on a complete UX specification.
• This is a UI-only project.
All screen definitions, layout guidance, styling rules, and copy text will be provided once the NDA has been signed.
• The demo requires high-fidelity execution with clean layout structure, consistent component usage, and simple click-through navigation.
2. Scope of Work
The designer will:
• Build eight high-fidelity desktop screens (1440×900 px) following the provided specification
• Apply the supplied colour palette, typography guidance, and spacing principles
• Create a small, tidy component library (buttons, cards, input styles, slot cards, etc.)
• Assemble the full click-through prototype using hotspot navigation
• Export all screens in PNG format (1× and 2×)
• Maintain organised layers, proper naming, and clean component usage throughout the file
• Deliver exactly to specification — no reinterpretation or additional UX work required
All screens are static UI. No functional logic, animations, or backend behaviours are needed.
3. Deliverables
• Fully linked Figma desktop prototype
• Eight final screens (as defined in the specification)
• Component library page
• PNG exports at 1× and 2×
• README / Notes page describing navigation
• Clean, organised Figma master file
4. Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have:
• Strong Figma expertise (components, auto-layout, structured file handling)
• Experience building desktop-based clickable demos
• Strong attention to visual detail and consistency
• Ability to follow detailed specifications precisely
• Professional communication and reliability
• Availability to meet a 3-week delivery window
• Willingness to sign the client-provided NDA prior to award
5. Evaluation Criteria
Selection will be based on:
• Portfolio quality
• Demonstrated desktop-first UI design experience
• Component and layout discipline
• Communication approach
• Reliability across milestones
No speculative work or reinterpretation required — this is an execution-only brief.
6. Budget & Timeline
Total Budget: USD 1,500 (fixed)
Timeline: ~3 weeks
Milestone structure:
Milestone 1 — Setup & Initial Screens (USD 300)

• Build remaining scenario screens per specification
• Apply disabled states, overlay elements, and layout consistency
• Includes a full revision cycle
Milestone 3 — Final Assembly & Refinements (USD 700)
• Assemble full prototype, complete final screen, QA cleanup, export assets
• Includes final refinements and approval before payment
7. Governance & Ownership
• All deliverables are owned entirely by the client
