Employee Hours/ Holiday/ Sickness tracker
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm looking for a Windows desktop application to manage employee overtime/ leave and sickness reports.
Key features:
Overtime Management - I have a system called bright hr where i can pull a report of hours worked by my staff. i would like to input this spreadsheet and have a table that will calculate any overtime worked.
Employee Leave Management: i have a spreadsheet showing sickness and would like a to import this spreadsheet each month and it highlight any triggers.
Holiday Pay - currently pay my staff for their contracted hours when they are on holiday. however would like to pay them holiday pay based on average hours worked (eg including overtime) i would like to input the hours worked and it calculate average hours worked for holiday pay.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in desktop application development, especially for Windows.
- Familiarity with leave management systems.
- Strong skills in implementing alert and notification systems.
