Desktop Taekwondo Tournament Manager
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a standalone desktop application that handles every stage of a Taekwondo tournament from the moment athletes sign up to the final medal tally. The software will be used mainly by event organizers as well as ringside judges and officials, so the interface has to be clear, keyboard-friendly, and fast enough to keep up with live bouts even on a mid-range laptop.
The core features I must see working are:
• Participant registration with divisions, belt levels, and automatic seeding
• Match scheduling that can reshuffle brackets on the fly and instantly push updated fight orders to every station
• Real-time scorekeeping, including penalties and sudden-death scenarios, with live updates visible to announcers and the crowd
I would like results to export to PDF/Excel and a simple database backend (SQLite is fine) so events can be archived and restored quickly. Windows is the primary target platform, but if you build with a cross-platform framework such as Electron, Qt, or .NET MAUI I’m open to macOS/Linux compatibility later.
Deliverable is an installable desktop app plus source code and brief setup documentation. I’ll test it by running a mock bracket, editing competitors mid-event, and verifying that scores post instantly without data loss.
