Desktop Fitness Management System
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m preparing an end-of-unit project for college and need a fully working desktop Fitness Management System I can demonstrate and defend. The core requirement is member registration and management: creating new member profiles, editing their details, tracking active or expired status, and generating quick searches or simple reports (PDF or printable) that prove the data is stored correctly.
Because this is a desktop application, it must run locally without an internet connection. I’m flexible on the tech stack—Java FX, C# WPF, Electron, or another framework you’re comfortable with—as long as you supply all source files, an easy way to build or install, and clear instructions so I can walk my examiners through the code.
Your professional experience building similar systems is what I’ll look at first, so highlight comparable projects when you reply. If time allows we can talk about adding extras such as workout tracking later, but the initial milestone is the core member module, packaged and ready for presentation.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Executable desktop app with CRUD operations for members
• Well-commented source code and a short technical report (architecture, database schema, setup steps)
• Test data so I can show the system in action
I’m aiming for a clean, intuitive interface and stable performance on a standard Windows laptop. Let me know your timeline and any questions you have to get started.
