Desktop App Consultant

I have a desktop app underway and would like to get a consultant's expertise about improvement prior to launch. This is a desktop only application for now and mobile will come later. Ideally this person has built, launched and managed applications, as well as has experience with UI/UX. Brand experience a bonus!!
