I want to commission a desktop application that centres on customer interaction while securely handling their financial records. The program must install and run smoothly on both Windows and macOS; if your architecture can be kept portable enough to add a Linux build later, even better.
Core features I have in mind include:
• an intuitive dashboard where customers can view balances, statements, and transaction history
• a simple, secure way to capture updates from the customer—think profile changes, support messages, or document uploads
• robust encryption for data at rest and in transit, with role-based access so staff only see what they should
• export-ready reporting (PDF/CSV) for auditors and accountants
Deliverables
1. Executables or signed installers for Windows and macOS.
2. Well-structured source code with build instructions.
3. A concise user & admin guide that covers setup, daily use, and backup/restore.
I’m flexible on language and frameworks, as long as they are well-supported and future-proof (Electron, .NET MAUI, Qt, or similar).
