Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I want to launch a subscription-based antivirus product for desktop and mobile. I am not a coder and need an experienced team or freelancer to design, develop, and deliver the complete software solution.
The goal is to create a reliable, lightweight, and user-friendly antivirus app that can scan, detect, and quarantine malware, with a backend system to manage subscriptions and updates.
Scope of Work:
1. Desktop Application (Windows and macOS)
Integrate a proven antivirus engine (white-label/OEM or licensed third-party).
Features: manual scan, scheduled scan, real-time protection (optional), quarantine, virus definitions update.
Subscription verification: the app must check user license before allowing full functionality.
Simple, clean UI for non-technical users.
2. Mobile Application (Android initially, iOS optional)
Scan apps and files for malware using licensed engine.
Optional safe browsing and anti-phishing features.
Subscription verification integrated with Google Play / Apple App Store billing.
3. Backend / Cloud Infrastructure
Host servers for license management, update delivery, and optional cloud malware checks.
Automated subscription billing and renewal system.
Secure API with authentication and HTTPS encryption.
4. QA & Security Testing
Test on multiple OS versions and devices.
Use safe test malware (EICAR) for detection testing.
Fix all bugs and ensure zero crashes.
5. Documentation & Handover
Full technical documentation for maintenance.
User guides for desktop and mobile.
Deployment instructions for updates and backend management.
