Create a video application - Youtube Shortify

This is a windows based application. It generates short videos (60 seconds max) from long ones. It is supposed to replace video editing application like Adobe Premiere Pro for specific tasks. It is like a compact version of it with a specific set of functions. What it does is pick a desired part of the original video, add pictures and sound effects on the top ( all of those are provided by users via a control panel ) and then generate a new video.
