Convert PDF to Xprinter Receipt

Looking for a programer to make a desktop application.
The purpose is to transfer data from a pdf file (not a standard pdf design but different designs) to an actual physical printed receipt printed from my Xprinter receipt printer..
The idea is to pull out data from the excel and make it in a design compatible with Xprinter printer..
