Constant Time Keeper Project (Up-to-date Time Tracker & Reporter)

This job was posted prematurely earlier. After many questions from the developers that were applying, it was clear the project was not ready yet. Now the project has been given more details in the storyboard phase.

The purpose of this project is to create a time tracking suite for a specific type of company to use and print reports. The program is very specific to the type of work it tracks. Reports need to be accurate to the minute. Storyboard and simple design template have been completed. Coding is the next stage of the development project. The design template is also open to your ideas if you are awarded the project. If you have more efficient ways of making the program work, I will be open to suggestions.

I am the lone person in this project so I would not be opposed to developing a contract with the coder should the project get picked up by different interested agencies. The initial plan is to have the program installed on a single Microsoft Surface Pro attached to a color printer.
