Project: Transport Management Desktop Software

I need a Windows desktop application for my transport business.

Main Requirements

1. Enter trip details only once in a Main Register form.
2. Store all records in a database.
3. Search records by Bilty Number, Date, Truck Number, or Customer.
4. Edit and update existing records.
5. Print my custom Bilty in exactly the same format as my current printed bilty with auto data fill from main register.
6. Print my custom Loading Slip using the same stored data.
7. Generate basic reports such as Daily Register, Monthly Register, Customer-wise Report, and Truck-wise Report.
8. Take database backups and restore them when needed.

Master Data

- Customer details

- Driver details

Printing

I will provide scanned copies/photos of my current Bilty and Loading Slip. The software should print in the same format.
