WhatsApp Template Submission Tool
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a small utility that focuses on one job only—submitting WhatsApp message templates for approval. All I need is a simple UI where I can choose a .txt file from my desktop, hit “Submit,” and have the utility forward that file to the WhatsApp template-approval endpoint under my Business account.
Manual upload is the only workflow I require; no API batching or automated cron jobs at this stage. For now, the tool must accept plain-text (.txt) files exclusively. If you can leave the door open in the codebase for future PDF or DOCX handling, that’s a bonus, but it isn’t part of this initial brief.
Deliverables
• Stand-alone desktop (or lightweight web) app that lets me browse, select, and submit a .txt template file to WhatsApp for approval.
• Clear README explaining setup, WhatsApp credentials needed, and a quick walkthrough of the submission flow.
• Source code so I can maintain or extend it later.
Acceptance criteria
– I can upload a .txt file and receive a visible confirmation that the request was successfully sent.
– All errors from WhatsApp’s side surface clearly in the UI or logs.
– Code is clean and commented well enough for another developer to pick up.
I need the approval of meta as a utility. That’s the most important thing
