1300 sft Slab Piling Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete concrete piling design package for a 1 300 sq ft slab. The final design must show a safe, code-compliant pile layout, reinforcement details, and written calculations that prove capacity under the anticipated service loads. Because I have not yet confirmed the building type or soil report, please propose a flexible scheme that can be quickly refined once that information is available.
You will develop:
• A pile layout drawing with spacing, diameters, cut-off levels, and grade-beam connection details, delivered as both PDF and editable DWG.
• A calculation sheet (Excel or PDF) showing load take-down, geotechnical checks, safety factors, and structural design of each pile, prepared with your preferred structural software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, SAFE) or hand calculations.
• A concise design summary that references the governing concrete and piling codes in my jurisdiction and highlights any assumptions so I can review them with the geotech.
I will mark the job complete when the drawings open cleanly in AutoCAD, the numbers in the calculation sheet tie back to the drawing, and all assumptions are clearly listed for sign-off.
