customer journey for a contest

My project is to create a comprehensive user journey for the participants of a contest that will last from 15th of November to 5th of February. The prime purpose of this journey is showcase the touchpoint of participants with the sponsors, should just be enough to know what we are doing and have a doc to clarify all the user touchpoints with the sponsors, we would have to add a column for action ( by participant ) to create a submission and a row for each sponsor.
