You must have existing 5+ years experience as a lead UI designer for a enterprise B2B SaaS platform and comfortable working in a fast-paced early-stage startup. Team is latam based and ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
I'm seeking a senior UI designer to develop the design of an early-stage B2B enterprise SaaS platform focused on employee experience. Your work will center on employee engagement, feedback synthesis, AI, and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive design system
- Design intuitive, engaging features
- Lead the design efforts within the product team
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in UI/UX design for B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design systems and engagement-focused features
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and Linear
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Please share your portfolio and relevant experience. You must have already built designs for large enterprise B2B platform startups.
You'll be part of the product design working closely as the lead with the CXO and product designers. Availability must be immediate and ready to interview as soon as possible.
