Logo Design Package Creation

I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a logo package. The package should include both a standalone icon and a full logo. The deliverables should be in PNG and vector formats for easy scalability across digital, print, and embroidery uses.

Requirements:
- Modern, classic
- Refinement of a general color scheme
- Combination of wordmark and icon in design
- “business consulting” tag can be removed.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in vector graphic design
- Strong portfolio in logo design
- Experience in color theory and brand development
- Ability to work with provided non-polished base
