I am looking for someone to create a short and concise business proposal (for a Learning & Development programme)for me. The proposal needs to be presented in a PowerPoint Presentation and be brief, but informative.
The information needs to be presented creatively. I will provide the content. I need someone with the ability to distill complex topics into a clear, easy to understand package. there will be less than 20 slides.
