Scope of Work: Hydraulic Simulation of Water Spray Manifold System
I require a hydraulic simulation of a water spray piping manifold installed inside a circular drum. The objective is to verify that each spray hole (nozzle) receives the required pressure and flow rate under the given operating conditions. The manifold distributes water through multiple small spray holes, and the simulation should confirm whether the design achieves uniform flow distribution and minimum pressure requirements at each spray point.
Objectives: The simulation should determine:
Pressure distribution along the spray manifold.
Flow rate through each spray hole.
Verification that each spray hole receives:
Minimum pressure: 2.5 barg
Minimum flow rate: 2.5 L/min
Identification of any uneven distribution or pressure drop issues along the manifold.
Recommendations for design improvements if the current configuration does not meet the required performance.
