playing card counting device

Hello, my name is Turki. I am looking for a design and making playing card counting machine, it's like a cash counting machine that's used by bankers, but what I am looking for the machine that can read a specific card from playing cards for example ( ace: 10 points, king: 4 points . Queen ( 2 points ) and calculator and give the total points. Thanks
