Setup & handle end to end manufacturing for a consumer electronics product

At Cypherock, We are disrupting the current financial system by increasing the adoption of Blockchain-based digital assets through better key management solutions. We build "Worlds' first products" from India, work at the intersection of Blockchain, Security, Embedded Hardware & Cryptography and have worked with companies like Google, Blockgeeks, Samsung, Lockheed Martin, Apollo Munich, Bank of America amongst others.

Responsibilities:
● Work closely with Contract Manufacturers and vendors, both domestic and abroad. Willing to travel to CMs
● Recommend manufacturing processes and procedures, tools and equipment, layouts and methods to improve: yield, quality, throughput, product uniformity
● Oversee CM Quality Plans, Incoming Quality Control (IQC), in-process Quality Control and ongoing Reliability Testing
● Aid in DFM
● Perform all job duties within ISO standards

Qualifications:
● BS/B.Tech or MS in relevant engineering field
● Have gone through an entire production run into mass production
● Familiarity with ISO standards
● Experience with 3D modeling software, preferably SolidWorks
● Experience with injection molding and other manufacturing processes
● Experience writing clear Manufacturing Process Instructions
● Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) is a plus
