PCB DFM Engineer

The PCB DFM free lance engineer will be responsible of the manufacturing process of several different circuit board products varying in both design and functionality.
The engineer will act as the directly responsible individual on all PCB related quality issues and excursions.
This role includes interaction with key product managers and the relevant manufacturer, leading the process end-to-end, taking the initial design into a successful manufacturing of a large quantity of the product's units.
During this process the engineer will need to get a high familiarity with the different products design, independently interact with the manufacturer on the EQ list, raise and lead the solution of occurring technical issues, with the support of the R&D engineers.

Job Requirements:
· 2+ years' experience with printed circuits, including hands-on process engineering experience
· High control in DFM (Design For Manufacturing) principles
· Good understanding of industry specifications
· Understanding the interaction between manufacturing processes and environments with printed circuit defect conditions
· Understanding statistical process and quality control principles
· Understanding the relationships between design rules, process capability, yield and product reliability
· Speaking Mandarin and English

工作要求：
· 2年以上印刷電路板工作經驗，包括實際的工藝工程經驗
· DFM（Design For Manufacturing）原則的高度控制
· 對行業規範/常規有很好的理解
· 了解製造工藝和環境與印刷電路品質異常條件之間的相互作用
· 了解統計過程和質量控制原則
· 了解設計規則、工藝能力、良率和產品可靠性之間的關係
· 熟悉中文與英文
