Multilayer Medical PCB Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m developing a medical-grade device and need a robust multi-layer PCB that integrates a microcontroller at its core. The board must respect the tighter clearances, high-reliability traces, and documentation standards typical of IEC 60601 workflows, yet remain manufacturable with mainstream fabrication houses.
Here’s what I expect:
• Complete schematics and stack-up showing controlled-impedance layers
• Component placement optimized for the chosen microcontroller, low-noise analogue front-end, and test points
• Clean, DFM-checked Gerber/ODB++ outputs, drill files, and pick-and-place data
• A concise BOM with manufacturer part numbers and at least one alternative per key component
• Basic power-integrity simulation results confirming stable rails under worst-case load
