Manufacturable Product Concept Sketches

I’m at the very start of a new product and need fresh concepts that are immediately considerate of real-world production. My priority in this phase is ease of manufacturing and assembly, so every idea should anticipate DFM/DFA principles, realistic material choices, and sensible cost drivers right from the first sketch.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A small set of clear, annotated concept sketches or drawings that show how the product could look and come together.
• Brief written notes on why each concept works from a manufacturability standpoint—call out key fastening methods, likely materials, and any clever cost-saving touches.
• Native files plus high-resolution PDFs so I can circulate them quickly.
I regularly work in SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor, so alignment with those environments is ideal, but hand-drawn or tablet sketches are fine as long as the logic is sound and the files are tidy.
After I review, I’ll select the strongest direction and move on to 3D modeling and a deeper feasibility check, so clarity at this stage is everything.
