2 -Layer Consumer Electronics PCB Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am developing a compact consumer-electronics device and have reached the stage where a professionally laid-out, multi-layer PCB is essential. The board must fit within specific dimensions that I will provide once we begin, and component placement will be driven by tight cosmetic and thermal requirements typical of handheld gadgets.
Please route for signal integrity (high-speed USB and an RF section sit on the board), manage controlled-impedance traces where required, and separate noisy power domains from the audio path. DFM guidance and a brief design review with my contract manufacturer will be part of the process, so clear labeling and good layer stack documentation matter.
Deliverables:
• Fully routed PCB file in the native tool format
• Production-ready Gerber/ODB++ set and drill files
• Updated BOM with manufacturer part numbers and alternates
• PDF assembly drawing and 3D step export for mechanical fit verification
