Eagle PCB Layout Revamp
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have an existing Eagle board that needs small adjustments and all production files
Here is what I’m after:
• Re-lay out the board in Eagle, following IPC standards so the final files drop straight into our manufacturer’s workflow. Clearances, trace widths, via sizes and solder-mask openings should all pass typical IPC class 2 checks without my having to tweak them later.
• Select replacement components where availability, cost, or performance can be improved. I’ll provide the current BOM; you return an updated list with part numbers, footprints and links to major distributors.
• Keep board dimensions, mounting holes and connector positions exactly as they are—everything else can move if it improves routing or EMC.
• When you’re done, deliver the Eagle .brd file, Gerbers, drill files, an updated BOM, and a short design report noting any trade-offs or DFM considerations you made along the way.
If you’ve taken boards from Eagle straight to production before and are comfortable working to IPC rules, you’ll be a perfect fit.
