Double-Layer PCB Mass Production Design

Job ID: 39863142

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a production-ready, double-layer PCB designed from the ground up. The board will carry both through-hole and SMT parts, so clear separation of assembly zones, correct pad sizing, and reliable solder-mask alignment are essential.

Scope
• Turn my rough concept and component list into a full schematic.
• Lay out the two-layer board with manufacturability in mind—ideal trace widths, controlled clearances, and logical test-point placement.
• Deliver fabrication files: Gerbers, drill files, and pick-and-place data, plus a clean BOM with manufacturer part numbers.
• Provide a quick DFM check and tweak the stack-up if a board house flags issues.

The board is basically an Arduino mega that will be adding a GPS chip and antenna connection, swapping the regular arduino pins for molex connectors, and stepping down the 12V voltages coming into the board to 5V. I’m aiming for a board that can roll straight into medium-scale production with minimal rework. If you’ve steered designs through assembly lines before and can share example outputs, I’m ready to get started right away.
