Compact 2-Layer PCB Layout

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I already have a complete Eagle schematic for a small board that hosts a system-on-module plus a handful of interface ICs, several connectors, and its own power stage. What I now need is a seasoned layout specialist who can turn that schematic into a production-ready board while keeping everything on two layers if at all feasible.

The job revolves around:

• Thoughtful part placement that respects the SoM pin-out and keeps the overall footprint tight.
• Controlled-impedance routing of the differential pairs (USB and high-speed bus lines) so they meet eye-diagram requirements without pushing me into a four-layer stack-up.
• Clean segregation of the power section, with short, low-inductance paths and solid return planes to keep noise off the digital rails.
• DFM-friendly choices—standard drill sizes, sensible trace widths, clear silkscreen—so any mainstream PCB house can turn the design quickly.

Deliverables:
1. Eagle .brd file with all design rules documented. You may use software tool of your choice.
2. Gerbers, drill files, and pick-and-place output ready for fabrication and assembly.
3. A brief PDF design note highlighting layer stack-up, differential-pair impedance numbers, and any critical placement constraints a future revision should preserve.

If a two-layer solution forces unacceptable compromises, let me know early; I’m open to switching to four layers, but only with a clear technical rationale. Looking forward to seeing how compact you can make it without sacrificing signal integrity.
