Spa Demolition & Disposal

I have a partial in-ground fibreglass spa that hasnt been used for over 10 years. This spa is currently broken and non-operational and the site needs to be cleared.

The scope includes:

- The approximate demension is 1.5m x 1.5m. The tiled surround appears to be concrete.
- Demolition of canopy structure.
- Removal of green water in spa
- Removal of pump, gas bottles and all equipments associated with the spa
- Capping of power supply
- Removal of wooden fence behind the gas bottles
- Removal of 2m x 1.5m potential asbestos bonded sheet behind the wooden fence.
- Disposal of all demolition debris.

There are access issues. This is a battle axe block that has a 3m wide driveway and the access from parking to the spa location is through a narrow walkway adjacent to the house and next to the pool which is currently emptied out for resurfacing.

Ideal skills for this job include:
- Experience in demolition and disposal
- Ability to handle broken equipment
- Ability to identify asbestos sheet
- Attention to detail and safety
