Clear Yard And Pour Smooth Cement
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need help turning a section of my yard—roughly 100-500 sq ft—into a clean, smooth cement surface. The job starts with removing all existing plants and loose bricks; they are standard varieties, so no special disposal procedures are required. Once the space is cleared, I’d like the ground properly leveled, compacted, and poured with concrete, finishing to a smooth trowel finish that’s ready for light foot traffic and future sealing.
Please bring the tools and know-how for efficient demolition and haul-away (a small skid steer, wheelbarrows, jackhammer or masonry saw, concrete mixer, finishing floats, etc.). I’ll supply or reimburse material costs for the concrete itself after we confirm quantity and mix.
Deliverables I’m looking for:
• All vegetation, bricks, and debris removed from site
• Sub-base graded and compacted for drainage
• Concrete poured, leveled, edged, and finished to a smooth surface
• Work area left clean and safe
