video instructions player made in delphi

My company need a video instructions program module, we have many vide instructions for our employes that should be selected by the program we need to made. the program is a selector, with touchscreen interphase person should select a few options to play the correct video. The database will contain the link of www.youtube.com that once the correct video is selected, this will played. the DB also contain many photos to be displayed in the same screen, but, the video will not be local, will be in youtube, only the images will be in the same pc or DB, this is a small module, is not a bir program and no need big code, is just a player as the image I add in this project description, as all my projects the code belong to my company .
