show status of banned player on call of duty -- 2

I want software to input the activation ID of a player, then return a result if the player is banned or not.
There is a screen, when signed in, that will show the status of your own account here: https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal
if will say, either no ban detected if your not banned, and return result to me as no ban.
if your under review it will say, under review then return result, shadowbanned.
If you are banned it will say your ban is final, return result, banned.
I want you to be able to find a way to return this info without the need to sign in.
All i need is confirmation this has been dont, and we can chat about costs
