fix A Delphi Project with bug -- 2

Some time ago someone wrote me a small Delphi program using Edge Browser /WebView2 with tabs I could show in each tab a different web page

And removed Microsoft Power BI and replace it With "MY BI" and remove the tweeter and face book icon
Now something has changed and this page is not loading any more. maybe my dll is not loaded properly etc
