A delphi desktop application that can run daily to access an MYOB online company file and get a list of customers that have exceeded their credit limits

I am looking for a Delphi desktop application developer to create a program that can run daily and access an MYOB online company file. The purpose of accessing the file is to check for customers who have exceeded their credit limits.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Delphi programming language
- Experience with desktop application development
- Familiarity with accessing MYOB online company files and retrieving data
- Knowledge of credit limit management and customer data
- Ability to schedule and automate daily program runs
The application should be able to retrieve a list of customers who have exceeded their credit limits from the online company file to a text file. The application should be set to run daily to ensure that the credit limits are regularly monitored and updated. It needs to use MYOB oauth2 processing, and get any required MYOB parameters (client id, etc) from a config file.
