Usage TPyEmbeddedResEnvironment381 with Embarcadero C++ Builder (in Python4Delphi sample)

Prerequisites:
- Access to Embarcadero C++ Builder (current version 11.2; maybe a free test version is available)
- Installation of Python4Delphi via GetIt
- Installation of Python Environments via GetIt
- Installation of LightWeight Python Wrappers via GetIt (Maybe not nescessary)
- Installation of P4D-Data-Sciences https://github.com/Embarcadero/P4D-Data-Sciences (Maybe not nescessary)
- experience with Embarcadero C++ Builder and Delphi

The demo19 in the samples of Python4Delphi (or https://github.com/pyscripter/python4delphi/tree/master/Demos/Demo19) works fine (64 bit as in demo19).

But when I add TPyEmbeddedResEnvironment381 I get the error Problem01.jpg (Header file not found for component PyEnvironment). Source: Demo19_V1.0.0.0_001_Fl01.zip

On the other hand, the example trainedmodelproc from P4D-Data-Sciences works for Delphi with TPyEnvironment (64 bit, too), https://github.com/Embarcadero/P4D-Data-Sciences/tree/main/demos/PyTorch/PyTorchTransferLearning/train/trainedmodelproc.

Task: Make Demo19_V1.0.0.0_001_Fl01.zip work (with C++ Builder, 64 bit). (Access to my PC is not possible.)
