Uploading images and movies to server

I need a Delphi form with two buttons one for uploading images and media to Server and the second one to view the images or the movies.

For each client the program will create a folder on the server where all the images and movies related to this client will be accommodated .
When the user wants to view the movies or the images the the program should show the list of media related to the client and the selected on will be screened
