UPS API Tracking in Visual Basic 6 (VB6)

I need a code in Visual Basic 6 (VB6) that works on Windows-7 Home Premium 64-bit. The code will retreive tracking information using the UPS API. The code should have a user interface to enter a UPS tracking number and a text box to show results returned from UPS API. I will parse the results myself. The code must use XML. I will provide you with my UPS user ID, password, and API key once you accept the project.
