Programer in foxpro 9

I am looking for a programmer experienced in FoxPro 9 to help me with a project that I need completed. Specifically, I need someone to do database design and development. I'm not sure if I need any existing code or databases to be integrated or modified, so I'd like to discuss further on that aspect of the project.
