Process pdf with Gnostice PDFtoolkit for Delphi -- 2

I need to use the Gnosticise PDFtoolkit to customize a pdf viewer and open it from within a Delphi program. I want the pdf to open in the viewer and it should also display each page as thumbnails.
Functions needed in the PDF viewer:
• Option to delete page from within the pdf
• Option to rotate page in the pdf
• Option to email the pdf file
• Option to move pages up or down in the pdf
and save it as the original pdf file name.
