Mobile app in Delphi and Nexusdb

I am looking for a skilled Delphi developer with experience in Nexusdb to create a mobile app for the management of external maintenance interventions. The app should have the following functionalities:

- compatibility and interaction with company technological systems table
- compatibility and interaction with company intervention system table
- Calendar feature for employees to schedule and keep track of maintenance interventions

- Push notifications to notify employees of new interventions or updates
- Possibility of listing the materials used by drawing on the company articles database and communication of the articles to the company database for unloading from the company's central warehouse.
- Possibility of associating photos of the site and memorize them in the technological systems table
- Mobile App should work offline too, the intervention locations are not always covererd by 4G.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Delphi and Nexusdb, as well as experience in developing mobile apps with similar functionalities.
The estimated timeline for completing the project is 4 months.
