Long-Term UI/UX Developer (Delphi Desktop App Modernization – WinComplus)
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for an experienced desktop UI/UX developer with Delphi expertise for a long-term collaboration to modernize and maintain an existing enterprise application called WinComplus (used in Fermax systems).
The current application is stable and fully functional, but the user interface is outdated (early 2000s style). The goal is to modernize the UI while preserving all existing Delphi backend logic.
This is not a one-time redesign task — we are seeking a long-term developer/partner to continuously improve, maintain, and evolve the UI over time.
- Scope of Work
Redesign the WinComplus UI with a modern, clean, and intuitive interface
Improve layout structure, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
Update legacy forms, dialogs, menus, and navigation flow
Enhance usability while preserving all existing functionality
Ensure stable performance and compatibility with current Delphi backend
Provide ongoing UI improvements and maintenance updates after initial redesign

Modern Windows desktop application (2020+ design standards)
Clean enterprise-grade interface (similar to modern admin dashboards)
Consistent spacing, icons, and typography
Improved user experience and navigation clarity
Optional responsive behavior where applicable

No database redesign required
Core business logic must remain unchanged
Backward compatibility is mandatory
Optional evaluation: VCL modernization or FMX migration (if beneficial)
