How to read folder inside APPDATA

I need to be able to have some code written in Delphi, to locate folders and paths inside APPDATA.
example: C:\Users\555\AppData\Roaming\softwarepaint\666\load
555 is the users PC name
666 is a random generated file.
I need to get past this to read inside the load folder.
