Help with delphi and ClientSocket/ServerSocket and Dll to EXE

I have a project in delphi that i got from someone else.
The project do a connection client/server. But im having problems with the event ClientSocket1Connect. So I need that you fix it and do the connection work fine.
Also the project compiled is a DLL I need change it for work as an executable (exe) file.

I think if you know about client/server in delphi we can fix it fast.
