Extract data from log file and display pages with PDF viewer written in Delphi VCL

This project is to write small Delphi program that would take 2 files
1. Log file
2. A PDF with many pages

The log file displays pages that are good and we need to extrapolate from it what pages are not good
for example: We know we have 5 pages total, and the log file tells us page 1,3,5 are OK - we know now that Page 2,4 are not good

We need now to place 2 and 4 in a grid the user could select.
the program would then be able to:

a. user clicking a page number the program would show that page number in pdf viewer - now user has option to print that page or export to new PDF

b. Export all "No Good Pages" to new pdf - and able to view and Print
I'm including a sample log file and a simple PDF file.
